Because our bodies are going through such drastic changes all the time, especially during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. Most importantly, hitting puberty becomes a hardship for many girls as they start experiencing pimples and body and facial hair growth around this time.<\/p>\n

Yes, these things are natural to all women, but it doesn\u2019t mean you have to live with them. There are ways to prevent and contain these problems, including pimples and unwanted hair growth. However, before rushing to the cure, we must understand the causes of pimples to help ourselves go for the treatment best suited to us.<\/p>\n

For instance, for pimples, you must protect your skin from environmental factors, adopt healthy eating habits to control hormonal changes, focus on your skincare routine, exercise, and sleep better.<\/p>\n
